Why direct-pay, on purpose

What the trade buys you.

Direct-pay is what lets visits stay long and scheduling stay fast. No insurer is on the claim, no third party sees what you and Dr. Vinuela discuss. Superbills are provided on request so you can submit for out-of-network reimbursement — or pay with HSA / FSA funds — but the model isn’t built around reimbursement.
